Are you a creative entrepreneur or wellbeing practitioner looking for an opportunity to showcase your work? Thrive Through the Winter is an exciting new event designed to bring together businesses that offer mindful, self-care, and wellbeing products or services. This event will be more than just a market—it's an interactive experience where visitors can discover upcoming retreats and winter classes, watch crafting demonstrations and purchase take-home crafting or wellbeing kits to brighten their winter months.
Who we’re looking for
We’re seeking people who have wellbeing and creativity at the core of their business—artists and craftspeople eager to share their skills, chefs passionate about teaching nurturing food, sports clubs offering ways to stay active and connect, and wellbeing practitioners dedicated to sharing the importance of self-care. If you offer one (or more) of the following, we’d love to hear from you!
- Creative ‘take home’ kits so people try something new. Anything from embroidery to air drying clay, to lino cutting, and everything in between
- Taster courses or short courses in any creative, self care or wellbeing subject
- Longer courses and retreats
- Sports activities and clubs that have friendship and fun at their heart

- Time: 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- Location: Hebden Bridge Town Hall
- Application Deadline: Wednesday, 30 April 2025 (6 PM)
- Notification of Acceptance: By 9 May 2025
- Payment Due Date: 31 June 2025
Stallholder Information
- Setup begins at 9:00 AM on the event day, with stalls ready by 10:30 AM
- Breakdown starts at 3:30 PM, with the hall cleared by 5:00 PM at the latest
- Stalls include a table (either 1.5m x 0.75m or 1.6m x 0.8m) and two chairs
- Bring your own table covers and display materials
- Space is limited, so all setups must respect walkways and neighboring stalls
- No artwork or promotional materials may be affixed to Town Hall walls
