Thrive Through the Winter

Do you, or someone you know, find the winter months a challenge? Or do you simply get bored when the nights draw in? If the answer is yes, we have a fantastic new event that aims to tackle the winter blues and get you and your customers dashing towards the shorter days with joy and anticipation. If you are a creative practitioner offering classes or kits, a wellbeing professional delivering holistic therapies or yoga classes or an organisation hosting lessons or group activities we want to hear from you!

Who are we looking for?

Creative entrepreneurs or wellbeing practitioners looking for an opportunity to showcase their work. Thrive Through the Winter is more than just a market—it's an interactive experience where visitors can discover upcoming activities and winter classes, watch crafting demonstrations and purchase take-home craft or wellbeing kits.

We’re seeking people who have wellbeing and creativity at the core of their business—artists and craftspeople eager to share their skills, chefs passionate about nurturing food, sports clubs offering ways to stay active and wellbeing practitioners dedicated to sharing the importance of self-care.

  • Date: Saturday, 4 October 2025
  • Trading Time: 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Location: Hebden Bridge Town Hall
  • Stand fee: £40
  • Application Stage 2 Deadline: 16 June 2025 (6 PM)
  • Notification of Acceptance: By 20 June 2025
  • Payment Due Date: 20 August 2025

Stallholder Information

  • Setup begins at 9:00 AM on the event day, with stalls to be ready by 10:30 AM
  • Breakdown starts at 3:30 PM, with the hall cleared by 4.30pm
  • Stalls include a table (either 1.5m x 0.75m or 1.6m x 0.8m) and two chairs (please note we can't specify which size table you will get so please plan with this in mind)
  • Bring your own table covers and display materials
  • Space is limited, so all setups must respect walkways and neighbouring stalls
  • No artwork or promotional materials may be affixed to Town Hall walls
