We will be hosting our first public facing event, Thrive: Through the Winter, on Saturday 4 October 2025 at Hebden Bridge Town Hall.

We are looking for expressions of interest from artists, businesses, practitioners and therapists who offer wellbeing, self care and mindful products or services over the darker winter months (and beyond, but our focus for this is the period October 2025 to the end of March 2026). This might include craft kits, art/craft workshops, outdoor sessions, retreats, holistic therapies, medical clinics, social opportunities or food based services.

We will be offering 20 table top stands within Hebden Bridge Town Hall where you can sell your products and services, take bookings for winter workshops and introduce yourselves to your potential audience. If you are an artist offering kits, patterns or classes/workshops we are happy for you to include finished products on your stand as long as the focus is on events and activities the customers can undertake themselves.

It is anticipated that tabletop stands in the town hall will be £40 each. We are also hoping to collaborate with local businesses/venues so that we can offer a wider range of on the day workshops/activities that can be booked in advance. Costings and opportunities in relation to these non town hall events, will be communicated in the January application pack as discussions are ongoing.

This is a new event, hence the affordable price. We are aware that we will need your support to help market the event and build interest in the day, and would ask that you consider this when registering your interest. We really will need you to share details with your contacts. We hope that longer term this could be come a bigger scale project! If you fancy being a trailblazer, and are happy to take a punt on something new, then we would love to hear from you!

Official applications will be sent out in early January to anyone who registers for more information. This will contain full event details and options, costs and deadlines etc. Participation will be via selection due to the need to present a balanced event e.g. it won't work if we have too much of the same thing on offer, but there won't be a charge for applying. Please be aware that anyone selected will need to provide evidence of public liability insurance and other appropriate insurance dependent on their specialism.

That's it for now, we hope you feel as enthused as we do about offering people the chance to fill their winter with lovely experiences and activities. If you would like to register your interest, please 'purchase' one of the complimentary tickets below and just pop in the checkout comments a very brief summary of what you would like to offer.

We look forward to hearing from you!
